BIOGRAPHY
Life’s challenges can sometimes seem overwhelming. As a result, we can find ourselves doubting our resiliency and feeling unable to cope. Know that you are not alone and that reaching out for help is a sign of strength. My goal is to provide a safe and collaborative environment where, together, we can find solutions, learn to cope, and rediscover resiliency so that you can face and overcome life’s challenges with a fresh perspective and renewed sense of self.
I am currently accepting clients ages 12 and older. I take Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and private pay.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Illinois. I am also certified with the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). I earned my Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and my Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University.
