BIOGRAPHY

Sometimes it’s not getting out of the rain but embracing it and learning our to enjoy the changes and manage the consequences. We all have times in our lives when we could use someone to listen and not judge.

Let me be that person to whom you can go to finding ways to manage life through it’s many changes. My clinical background is working with Foster Children and their families through child welfare agencies. I currently work with 18+ clients--especially with complex trauma. I am a former spouse of a military professional and understand the military family’s life and the challenges of TDY’s and deployments.

Education

I received my bachelor’s degree from SIUE in 1978 and a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from McKendree University in 2007.
